Our mentoring programme funded by Islam Relief UK @islamicreliefuk has come to a close. We mentored 26 bright young Black Muslim girls who all have a bright future ahead of them! ✨ Our supplementary school will be resuming in a few weeks! What Black / Black Muslim figures / empires / stories would you like us to cover for the 2022/23 academic year? Comment below👇🏽 The Malcolm Code is back this year! We are looking to work with UK ISocs who pledge to our code to make the ISoc anti-racist. Update: Our black supplementary school @nana_asmau_school is closed for the summer period and will resume in September 2022 📚 This is what we are fighting against when we are silenced by those Muslims who shout ‘one ummah’ / ‘there is no racism in Islam’. We want to help you realise your dreams! If you are a Black Muslim girl in the UK aged 14-24 we have a few spaces open on our mentoring programme sponsored by Islamic Relief UK. Today the kids at our supplementary school @nana_asmau_school learned about Kwame Ture, Pan Africanism and Jim Crow in America. Join us at 6:30pm on Friday July 29th for a discussion led by Umm Eesa on how to realise our power as people of colour. Our postponed event is back!

Black Muslim Forum is committed to fostering black unity, black empowerment and combating anti-blackness and structural disadvantage for Black Africans and diasporic Africans within Muslim society. We aim to be a global umbrella body representing Black Muslims across the world.

Our vision is black dignity, racial harmony and the elimination of oppression against black people especially across the Muslim world. We promote the unity, empowerment and racial equality of black people particularly in Muslim society, rooted in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him).
